Angie Sanclemente Valencia is one of the most popular and richest Actor who was born on May 25, 1979 in Barranquilla, Colombia. Valencia was finally detained on the streets of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on the 26th of May when she was staying in an inn. Police discovered that she created a fraudulent identity and had attempted to alter her appearance through coloring the hair blonde.
The first time she was detained was on May 27, 2010 in the “Centro Federal de Detencion de Mujeres Unidad numero 31” located in Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the month of October that same year, she was transferred in the “Instituto Correccional de Mujeres Unidad numero 3” as well as Ezeiza following a series of violent attacks.
Valencia’s alleged syndicate is believed to have been discovered on December 13, 2009 when a woman aged 21 “Ariel L”, was taken into custody with a bag containing 55 kilograms (121 pounds) of cocaine at Ezeiza International Airport, Buenos Aires, Argentina. “L” made no attempt to hide the drug in her luggage, prompting authorities to believe that the ring was assisted by employees. The report states that she had been told that nobody in the airport would attempt to stop her. In the end, an investigation was initiated to identify employees at the airport who may have connections in the syndicate. After interrogating “L”, three additional arrests were made, and a warrant was issued to Valencia’s arrest. The authorities believed that she was in Argentina following her escape from an apartment where she was living with her pet. In March of 2010, Interpol issued an international warrant for her arrest.
She was released from prison and deported back to Colombia on 27 September 2013 after serving only half of her original 6 year and 8-month prison sentence. She is banned from returning to Argentina.
