Morris was found guilty on August 1, 2001, to 2 charges of trafficking federal drugs. He got sentenced for 30 years in prison. In the plea deal, Morris admitted to distributing more than 100 kilograms of marijuana within the Kansas City area between 1998 between 1998 and 2000.
