Brittany Kolmel is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on September 18, 1987 in Hamptonburgh, United States. Brittany Nicole Kolmel (nee Brittany Nicole Taylor on the 18th of September 1987) is an American soccer defensive player. She was sold in 2018 with the Utah Royals FC of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) However, she decided to take some time away from her professional career. She played previously in the NWSL for FC Kansas City and Western New York Flash in the NWSL as well as with Sky Blue FC in the WPS as well as with the United States U-20 women’s national soccer team.
Taylor was chosen in the initial round (sixth overall) of the 2010 WPS Draft by Sky Blue FC. Taylor was selected as an WPS All-Star in her first season with Sky Blue FC.
In 2013, Taylor signed with the Western New York Flash for the inaugural season of the National Women’s Soccer League. In the three years she played with the Western New York Flash she missed only three games. During her time with the Flash she recorded five goals and five assists.
Taylor carried over to Utah Royals FC when FC Kansas City was sold in November 2017. In 2018, she vacated her roster spot to take a break from professional soccer.
Taylor quit her place with the University of Connecticut women’s soccer team as one of the most outstanding players to ever play for the team. Taylor was two-time All-American as a defensive player between 2007 and 2009., and received the title of Big East Defender of the Year in both seasons. For 2006 Taylor had the distinction of being the only one to score two goals in a game against University of North Carolina all season. After being unable to play in the 2008 season due to an injury to her ACL on her left knee Taylor managed to assist in leading her team of Huskies into their first ever NCAA Tournament. Taylor scored the game-winning goals in the overtime game portion of the Huskies first round match with Boston University in the 2009 NCAA Tournament.

Taylor was born in Campbell Hall, New York, Taylor attended Washingtonville High School in Washingtonville, New York where she was a four-year letterwinner as well as a the three times Section 9 Award-winning player from 2002 until 2004. Taylor was traded from the Western New York Flash to FC Kansas City in November 2015 in exchange for Rebecca Moros. In her first season with FC Kansas City she played in every minute in all 20 games. On August 13, 2017, she played a full game against the Houston Dash and became the third player in the NWSL to reach 100 caps in the league.
