Haley Carter is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on June 21, 1984 in Friendswood, Texas, United States. Carter holds a Naval Academy degree and a MBA with Distinction. She is currently enrolled at the University of Houston Law Center to pursue a joint Juris Doctor/Master of Laws (J.D./LL.M.). International Law. The Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (w/Gold Star in Lieu Of Second Award), the Joint Unit Commendation Medal and the Global War on Terror Medal are some of her military decorations. She is a Lifetime Girl Scouts Member, a member of Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas Juliette’s Circle, Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council’s 1912 club, and volunteers in two communities within the San Jacinto Council.
Carter was an active Marine Corps soldier and represented the United States at two International Military Sports Council Women’s Military World Soccer Championships. Carter was the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Female Champion of the Year in 2010 and the finalist for the United States Marine Corps Female Champion of the Year in 2011. Carter served in Hawaii from 2010 to 2013. She was a semi-professional player for the Honolulu Bulls W1 women’s team. Documentation supporting the allegations was provided to Hummel International, and on November 30, 2018, Hummel terminated their sponsorship with the Afghan Football Federation and immediately demanded the removal of its president, Kerim Kerramudin. The allegations were investigated by both the Afghanistan Attorney General, Farid Hamidi, and the FIFA Ethics Committee. As of December 9, 2018, five members of the Afghan Football Federation, including its president, were suspended indefinitely following initial inquiries. On June 8, 2019, following its investigation, FIFA announced a lifetime ban for Kerim Kerramudin and fined him 1,000,000 CHF for breaching article 23 (protection of physical and mental integrity) and article 25 (abuse of position) of the FIFA Code of Ethics. On the following day, the Afghanistan Attorney General’s office also issued an arrest warrant for Kerramudin although he remains at large. The investigation of additional Afghanistan Football Federation officials is ongoing.
Carter was also a volunteer assistant coach at Huston-Tillotson University’s women’s soccer program. Carter has been an assistant coach for Afghanistan’s women’s football team and as an Olympic Development coach for South Texas Youth Soccer Association. She was also formerly a Region III coach for the United States Youth Soccer Association. Carter was the first woman professional player to be awarded the FIFPro World Players Union Merit Award. These funds were used to pay for the team’s expenses and to participate in the South Asia Football Federation Women’s Championships 2016. Due to budget constraints, the team didn’t participate in any formal events during 2017. They attended their first training camp in 2018 in Amman (Jordan), where they played two matches against the Jordanian Women’s National Team.
