On April 2, 2018, Grasso became the eighth Bryant men’s basketball coach and the second in Division I era. He replaced Tim O’Shea.
Grasso was appointed interim head coach for the Rams after Whittenburg’s firing on December 3, 2009. At just 29 years old, Grasso was the youngest coach in Division 1.
