Luke Saville is one of the most popular and richest Australian tennis player who was born on February 1, 1994 in Burra, South Australia, Australia. Saville was granted a wildcard to the 2010 Australian Open qualifying draw. He lost in the first round against Alexandre Sidorenko, 1-6,1-6. After the Australian Open, Saville was granted a wildcard to his first ever challenger event at Burnie. He lost in three sets to Dayne Kelley 6-4, 6-6, 4-6. Saville went to Spain in March to train at the AIS headquarters. He also entered a Spanish futures tourney, but lost in the first round. Saville returned to Australia to continue playing clay court tournaments, winning wildcards to future tournaments in Bundaberg and Ipswich. He reached the second round in both tournaments. From May to August, Saville competed in tournaments throughout Asia and North America, with a record of five wins to seven losses. In 2012, Saville once again made it to the final of the junior Australian Open, where he beat opponent Filip Peliwo in three sets. He became the first Australian to win the Australian Open juniors title since Bernard Tomic in 2008.
