Pakhi Tyrewala is one of the most popular and richest Actor who was born on June 6, 1984 in Delhi, India. Paakhi A Tyrewala began with her first career in the field of child performer in serials, films and theatre in the year 1996. Her first performance was at the age of two and two-and-a-half years old. She first made her debut as an artist for children in 1997 in the movie Dance of the Wind. Within her she knew that she was a cinema fan. She arrived in Mumbai in 2000 when she began modeling for the top brands, including Ponds, Sunsilk, Dabur Vattika, Herohonda, Rayban, Organics etc. She was in the film Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai in 2002, where she played Russian girl named Stella.
Since then, she has worked extensively behind the camera as well as in front of it, exploring various departments in the industry along her journey. She worked on a couple of films as a writer, actor and casting director. In 2010 she was cast opposite John Abraham in the film Jhoota Hi Sahi, which was directed by her husband Abbas Tyrewala. She played a suicidal woman called Mishka whose final call mistakenly connects to a man who gives her something to live for. The film received a decent review from the audience, but did not do as expected at the box office. In 2010, she went to TICSH, New York to study film making. In December 2011, Paakhi started working as an Assistant Director with Nagesh Kukunoor for his film, The Boxer, and then his documentary, Lakshmi, in 2012.

Paakhi A Tyrewala (born 6 June 1984) is the stage name of Punarnava Mehta, an Indian writer, director and producer who made her debut into mainstream Bollywood in 2002 in the movie Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai? In the film, she was credited with the her real identity Punarnava Mehta. Later, she changed her name to Paakhi as her nickname, and later adopted Tyrewala upon her wedding to Abbas Tyrewala. She was revived with her husband Abbas in 2010 using their new moniker “Paakhi” in the film Jhootha Hi Sahi.
