CoxXx left the adult industry in 2009 and moved to Florida, where she spent several months in hospital battling Hepatitis B and liver disease. CoxXx was a star in gay pornography, under the name Stonie before transforming from female to male in the latter half of 2005. Before her transition, she was for more than sixty productions, was featured on more than 50 covers of boxes and was nominated to win in 2001 for the GayVN Award in the “Best Newcomer” category.
